Monitoring for Solaris, AIX, Linux, and Windows in 5 Minutes or Less with Neuron Agent 3.0

Halcyon's release of Neuron Agent 3.0 enables organizations to quickly gage the health, performance, and availability of critical business services and the underlying infrastructure without the need of a framework. The installation takes no more than 5 minutes and provides out-of-the-box hardware, OS, and performance reporting for various operationg systems including Sun Solaris, IBM AIX, Redhat & SUSE Linux, HP Tru64, and Microsoft Windows.

In addition to annunciating events via email, events can also be easily integrated with existing ticketing and event management frameworks such as BMC Remedy, IBM Tivoli TEC, and Nagios. Neuron also has the ability to track and record performance data metrics for historical reporting and capacity planning purposes and is compatible with Halcyon's PrimeAlert products.
