The Navigational Path
The Navigational Path appears at the top of the WebPortal's
Domain View, the
Host View, the
Module Objects View
and the Module Properties
View. A sample Navigational Path is shown below.

Figure 4 - The Navigational Path
The Navigational Path serves two functions. The first is to indicate the
location of the current view in detail. The second is to provide quick
navigation links to each level above the current view in the managed object
hierarchy.
Each entry in the Navigational Path shown in Figure 4 is described in
the table below:
| Path Entry |
Description |
Home:
 |
Clicking on this entry will navigate to the Home Domain.
If the Home Domain has not been set, it will navigate to the server's Default
Domain. |
Domain:
 |
Clicking on this entry will navigate to the root of the
current view's domain. This entry will not appear if the current view was
loaded using the Navigation Bar's Go
to Form. |
Group:
 |
This entry will only appear if the current view was navigated
to through a topology group. Clicking this entry will navigate to the root
of the current topology group. Note that nested groups will not appear
in the path - only one group will be shown. |
Host:
 |
If the current view is located within a host, this entry
will appear. Clicking this entry will navigate to the Host
Module Summary of the currently viewed host. |
Module:
 |
If the current view is located within a module, this entry
will appear. Clicking this entry will navigate to the root of the currently
viewed module. |
Module Folders:
 |
One or more of these entries will appear if the current
view is within a module folder. Clicking these entries will navigate to
the root of the selected module folder. The last entry in the path indicates
the current location and is therefore not a link. |
