Product Overview
Halcyon PrimeAlert EventAction centralizes the handling of events from Sun Management Center and performs user-configured actions for events of interest. This includes central event notification and integration to popular Enterprise Management Frameworks (EMFs), help desk tools, and ticketing systems via the use of PrimeAlert Adapters.
Note: Halcyon's Neuron Integration for Sun Management Center offers additional enhanced features and is the next generation PrimeAlert EventAction.
