Overview

Halcyon Neuron Integration for BMC Event Manager provides the
capability to integrate alarms received by Halcyon Neuron Core into
BMC Event Manager.  This integration can be achieved by sending SNMP
traps to BMC Event Manager via BMC PATROL Enterprise Manager Connect
SNMP.

This distribution includes the following Halcyon product:

   Neuron Integration for BMC Event Manager


Supported Platforms

The Neuron Integration for BMC Event Manager is supported for the
following software products:

   Halcyon Neuron Core 1.8.0
   BMC PATROL Enterprise Manager Connect SNMP 3.1.00
   BMC Event Manager 4.3.x

The Neuron Integration for BMC Event Manager is supported on the
following platforms:

   SPARC Solaris 2.9-2.10
   x86/x64 Solaris 2.10

Note: Halcyon officially supports the versions listed above as the
      product was tested against these releases. It is possible
      that the product may function correctly with other versions.
