Overview
======================================================================
Halcyon Neuron Event Manager provides centralized integration of
events from multiple sources. Sources include systems management
software such as Sun Ops Center, Sun Management Center, Nagios and
many others in addition to standard SNMP devices. Incoming events can
be viewed using the bundled Neuron Event Viewer or integrated to 3rd
party enterprise management frameworks and help desk tools using
sophisticated yet easy to create rules with event filters, automated
actions and schedules.

Included Components

This distribution includes the following Halcyon product:

   Halcyon Neuron Event Manager 


Supported Platforms

The Halcyon Neuron Event Manager is only supported for the following 
product:

   Halcyon Neuron Core 1.8.0

The Halcyon Neuron Event Manager is only supported on the following
platforms:
 
   SPARC Solaris 2.9-2.10
   x86/x64 Solaris 2.10

Note: Halcyon officially supports the versions listed above as the
      product was tested against these releases. It is possible
      that the product may function correctly with other versions.

distribution:

These files are located in the base directory of the distribution
tarball, and after installation, in the directory:
