BUG FIXES

ENHANCEMENTS

- Refresh the current view when an entry in the Neuron Explorer is
  clicked on.
- Require a confirmation for deleting any Filters, Actions, Schedules
  from a Rule.
- Dynamically adjust available filter Fields and Operations based on
  what is valid given what has already been defined (ie. you can no
  longer create 2 Severity Filters for the same rule since that is
  not valid ("Severity = Info and Severity = Major" is not a valid
  filter). 
- Email addresses for Actions can be separated by space, comma, or
  semi-colon.
- Rules must be disabled before they can be deleted.
- Compatibility with latest version of Halcyon Neuron Core.


BUG FIXES
----------------------------------------------------------------------
- Ensure the Event Manager allows a selected filter to be deleted
  by pressing the "Delete" key instead of causing an error. 
- Leading and trailing spaces are removed from filter values (except
  for message filters).
- Schedule type drop-down list is sorted according to granularity.
- When multiple rules are copied and a copy already exists for some
  of them then the warning displayed lists all rules affected.
- When adding a rule the Apply and action buttons are disabled
  until the operation finishes.
- When deleting the second parameter from a rule filter the value
  is removed as expected.
