Overview
======================================================================
Halcyon Neuron Integration for IBM Tivoli Netcool provides the
capability to integrate alarms received by Halcyon Neuron Core into
IBM Tivoli Netcool.  This integration is achieved by sending SNMP
traps to the Netcool Trapd Probe which in turn can be configured to
analyze the traps and present them in the Netcool EventList console.
Halcyon Neuron Integration for IBM Tivoli Netcool also provides the
capability to acknowledge Halcyon Neuron Core events from the Netcool 
Omnibus Event List.

   Halcyon Neuron Core 1.8.0
   IBM Tivoli Netcool 3.3-7.2 

The Neuron Integration for IBM Tivoli Netcool is supported on the
following platforms:

   SPARC Solaris 2.9-2.10
   x86/x64 Solaris 2.10

Note: Halcyon officially supports the versions listed above as the
      product was tested against these releases. It is possible
      that the product may function correctly with other versions.
