Important Information

This product can be used with Sun Management Center (SunMC) or the
Halcyon PrimeAlert Neuron Agent.  To use this product with Neuron,
refer to the file README.neuron.  For more details on Neuron, please
visit our corporate website (http://www.halcyoninc.com).  To use this
product with SunMC, continue with the instructions outlined in this
file.


Overview
======================================================================
PrimeAlert for BEA WebLogic monitors the health and resources of your 
BEA WebLogic server through Sun Management Center.

It monitors the overall server, including JVM memory and CPU usage.  
Critical J2EE subsystems are also monitored, including:

  - JDBC connection pools
  - Connector connection pools
  - EJB transactions, cache hits, locking & pools 
    (for stateless, stateful, entity and message-driven beans)
  - JMS server, queues & topics, connections

Server logs and access logs are also monitored.
