Halcyon PrimeAlert® products provide mission critical monitoring for the most demanding components of the datacenter including desktops and servers, storage, networking devices, databases, and applications.

PrimeAlert products can also be integrated with ticketing systems and 24x7 Network Operation Centers (NOCs) offering centralized visibility into the health and performance of the entire datacenter infrastructure.


      PrimeAlert products are based on a modular architecture and can seamlessly plug into Halcyon Neuron Agents or Sun Management Center (Sun MC) extending their monitoring capabilities.
